Based in Northwest Arkansas, Lisa Chambers resides with her 3 children who give her daily purpose and passion to fuel her ambitions.

Kendall Layman is a former Chief Information Officer and technology executive with more than 40 years of experience leading global teams, developing people, and driving organizational change. His career began in the United States Air Force, where he built the discipline, integrity, and commitment to excellence that shaped his leadership approach for decades.

After retiring from the corporate world, Kendall founded The Layman Company to focus on his passion for helping others grow. Today, he coaches and teaches professionals to discover their strengths, strengthen their leadership, and pursue meaningful personal and professional fulfillment. Drawing from a lifetime of experience, he brings practical wisdom, authenticity, and a deeply people-centered perspective to every engagement.

Kendall is the author of The Gooder Life in Layman’s Terms and a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, as well as a Ramsey Financial Coach. His work is grounded in the values of thankfulness, humbleness, and respectfulness, and in the belief that leadership is measured by the value we add to others.

He brings deep expertise in P&L management, enterprise sales, and systems architecture, with a proven ability to translate complex data and technical infrastructure into clear, ROI-driven business outcomes.

Andrew has led high-growth initiatives across manufacturing, industrial, and technical sectors, from restoring financial solvency as a company President to directing $35M+ revenue divisions and expanding global market presence across 29 countries. He is known for building data-driven sales engines, improving conversion performance, strengthening customer retention, and leading ERP and CRM implementations that create scalable infrastructure for growth.

As an Associate, Andrew partners with leadership teams to align commercial strategy, operational systems, and financial performance, helping organizations move from complexity to clarity and from strategy to execution.
