Leaning into her expertise in sales effectiveness, leadership alignment, and the behaviors that create predictable, sustainable growth, Lisa brings her passion and proven methods to organizations at scale. Known for her direct and authentic leadership style, she specializes in turning ambiguity into clarity—and complex growth challenges into focused, actionable strategies that generate momentum and results. She leads with strategy and connection, partnering with senior executives to shape global account direction and convert those relationships into sustained revenue performance.
Based in Northwest Arkansas, Lisa Chambers resides with her 3 children who give her daily purpose and passion to fuel her ambitions.

Kendall Layman is a former Chief Information Officer and technology executive with more than 40 years of experience leading global teams, developing people, and driving organizational change. His career began in the United States Air Force, where he built the discipline, integrity, and commitment to excellence that shaped his leadership approach for decades.
After retiring from the corporate world, Kendall founded The Layman Company to focus on his passion for helping others grow. Today, he coaches and teaches professionals to discover their strengths, strengthen their leadership, and pursue meaningful personal and professional fulfillment. Drawing from a lifetime of experience, he brings practical wisdom, authenticity, and a deeply people-centered perspective to every engagement.
