To kick off the conference, Andrea Albright will be partaking in a fireside chat.
Andrea Albright is the Chief Growth Officer for Walmart International and operating partner for Massmart, leading growth strategy across eCommerce, Marketplace, Global Sourcing, advertising, membership, and emerging services, including Walmart’s South Africa retail business.
Since joining Walmart in 2005, Andrea has led teams focused on delivering quality products at great prices while fostering environments of trust and psychological safety that spark collaboration and innovation. She previously held leadership roles across U.S. Merchandising and People, shaping strategy, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
Recognized as an International Women’s Forum fellow and one of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Next Gen, Andrea is known for her customer-centric approach and ability to build diverse, high-performing teams. She holds dual master’s degrees in business administration and human resources development from the University of Arkansas, and a Bachelor of Science in apparel and textile science from Kansas State University.
Andrea serves on several boards, including the Baratta Center for Global Business at Georgetown University, Zero100 Advisory Board, Walmart Foundation Board, University of Arkansas MBA Alumni Board, and Kansas State University College of Health and Human Services Board. She resides with her family in Bentonville, Arkansas where she is Owner of the local Drybar.
