My name is Lisa Chambers, Founder and CEO of The Catalyst Group.
With 20 years of selling and consulting Fortune 50 with top firms like Deloitte, Korn Ferry and Gartner, I was known for bulldog tenacity, enterprise level strategy, and the ability to ignite performance in any environment. But I always knew I wanted to build something of my own—something that blended the art and science of selling. My early career taught me how sales really works: influence, psychology, process, discipline, and the relentless pursuit of results. Later, strategic consulting showed me the bigger picture—how organizations grow, where they get stuck, and what it truly takes to scale.
